Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course is the second phase of training to prepare individuals to render prehospital advanced life support within an organized EMS system based on course content that is equivalent to the current U.S. Department of Transportation's National Education Standards for Paramedics. Trauma, including trauma systems, mechanism of injury, hemorrhage and shock, soft tissue trauma, burns, head/facial trauma, spinal trauma, thoracic trauma, abdominal trauma, and musculoskeletal trauma. This course teaches paramedic treatments and skills associated with the above core content. This program is accredited by the CAAHEP.Usually HeldMon Thu 2:35pm–5:45pm, Mon Thu 8:00am–2:30pm
