    This course is designed to assist students in the development of critical thinking and decision-making skills in the small group communication context. An emphasis is placed on the basic elements of critical thinking, such as evidence, reasoning, and language. In addition to examining these basic elements, students will become familiar with leadership strategies, discussion techniques and conflict management skills used in groups.
