- This course gives students an opportunity to learn, apply, and improve the practical principles of interpersonal communication. Emphasis is placed on personal, situational and cultural influences on interaction, with attention given to human perception, interpersonal dynamics, listening, conflict management, verbal and nonverbal symbol systems.
