    A study of the methods and principles of adult supervision (students, volunteers, staff and other adults) in an early childhood setting. Topics covered include competence in personnel management, effective communication, how adults learn, and team building. Emphasis on the roles and development of Early Childhood Professionals as mentors and leaders.
