Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course will introduce students to co-occurring disorders and treatment needs of those who have a psychiatric or mental health disorder in combination with a substance abuse disorder. Students will learn to identify, examine, screen and gain knowledge in assessment tools to evaluate the presence and severity of co-occurring disorders. This course also explores the treatment of persons with co-occurring disorders.
