Analyzes the topics of health, stress, and illness. Students will explore the human experience with health, disease, and dying from the perspective of the healthcare professional as well as the patients. Theories and research, behavioral traits and characteristics, the effect of our biopsychosocial perspectives on health, wellness, and diseases will be evaluated. All courses designated as an upper division major requirement must be completed with a minimum grade of "C" (or "P") for each course in the major.
