- Grammar and writing for high-intermediate multilingual English students. Complex sentences, verb tenses, and paragraph writing skills are stressed. Course includes three weekly hours of lab. Not open to students who have completed ESL-255 with a grade of "C" or better. Advisory: ESL-243
