Aspects of microbiology important in health, sanitation, ecology, food processing and biotechnology are emphasized in lecture and laboratory. This course is designed for students majoring in biological sciences, nursing, and other health science majors. Advisory: Completion of any college-level biology course with a grade of "C" or better.
