    Provides a thorough overview of the production and management practices of grapes with an emphasis on California wine grapes and berry products. Topics will include climate zones, soil selection, financing, farm organization, irrigation systems, field layout, varietal selection, nutritional needs, production methods, pest management, harvesting, labor management, marketing and budgeting. Includes a brief introduction into the winemaking process.
