    This course covers the botany, taxonomy, and plant development of small fruit crops in California, including variety selection, climatic requirements, culture techniques, and production practices. Specific topics include site selection, fertilization, pollination, irrigation, pruning, pest management, harvest, post-harvest handling, processing, and marketing. Laboratory required.
