    Description
This course explores major characteristics of the French-speaking world as reflected in its culture, civilization, and literature. Students will examine and compare French-speaking regions of Europe-including France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg-with those of Northern and Sub-Saharan Africa, Canada, and the Caribbean. Through literary texts and cultural analysis, the course highlights both shared legacies and distinct regional identities. Instruction is conducted in English.
