Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course is designed for students considering teaching as a profession and for classroom paraprofessionals working in the public school system. Career exploration, foundations of education, critical issues, and an introduction to literacy acquisition are addressed. Standards for the teaching profession and conditions for effective learning are discussed.
