Students will analyze individual identity, personal values, and the impact of culture on career development through various theories. The course also addresses culturally relevant workplace issues such as stereotypes, discrimination, and inclusive practices while promoting advocacy and allyship. By the end of the course, students will have a reimagined approach to diversity, incorporating social justice principles, inclusive team development, and effective multicultural communication strategies.
