- This course is designed for the student to compete in intercollegiate speech and debate tournaments, through the Grossmont Speech and Debate Team. Students will develop speech performance skills by selecting areas of emphasis which include public speaking, oral interpretation or debate events. This course requires competition in at least one tournament or public speaking activity. (C-ID COMM 160B) (CSU)
