Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course will help students develop leadership skills and knowledge from a local and global perspective. Students will explore leadership theories and concepts, and the cultural nuances inherent in global workplaces. Topics include development of leadership theories, personal assessment, and differing values and ethics, communication styles, multiculturalism in leadership and the change process. This course is based on the premise that each student will face a variety of leadership challenges in a diverse business environment. Learning more about cross-cultural leadership will help every student meet their leadership challenges. (CSU)
