The course will further consider global interactions involving these regions. You'll discover how art shaped civilizations-and how civilizations shaped art! Explore artworks from ancient caves to soaring cathedrals, marvel at the Great Pyramids of Egypt, encounter mythological gods and goddesses, powerful rulers, and uncover the dazzling beauty of illuminated manuscripts, brilliant mosaics, and awe-inspiring stained glass. Along the way, you'll build critical thinking skills, cultural literacy, and a lifelong appreciation for art's role in shaping the world. No previous experience needed-just curiosity and imagination!
