Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course is for those who wish to develop a more advanced conceptual and technological knowledge of global contemporary sculpture, continuing their study of sculpture process, theory, and technique at an intermediate level. An emphasis will be placed on skill development, communication through materials and form, the exploration of a personal direction, and the role sculpture plays in cultures across the world. Mixed media processes, basic metal fabrication, and additional materials such as found objects, fabric, or other non-traditional materials may be explored.
