    Description
    This course is an introduction to costuming for the theater, television, and film. Content to include costume history, aesthetics, criticism, and how religious, political and economic conditions affect the design of theatrical costumes. Topics include fabrics, accessories, sewing, costume construction, wardrobe observations, color coordination and theory, script analysis, and basic drawing. Students will participate in the design and construction of costumes for Golden West College productions and will work on production wardrobe crews. C-ID: THTR 174.
