- Formerly: SWHS G200. This course will emphasize professional ethical standards, self-awareness and self-esteem, interviewing and communication skills, the relationship of theory and practice, and organization and client systems within human services. With concurrent enrollment in the fieldwork course and through professional development guidance, students will acquire and practice employable skills, competencies, and professional qualities needed for future employment.
