Students will further develop their existing Spanish language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through the analysis of literary works and composition and the study of advanced grammar. Students will analyze historical and current events, art, culture, diversity, and literary works of Chicanx, Latinx, and Spanish writers and explore the geographical and linguistic diversities of the Spanish-speaking world to value the diversity of Hispanic cultures of all Spanish-speaking countries and in the United States.
