    Description
    This course examines the role and responsibilities of an interpreter in various interpreting situations. The practical aspects of interpreting will be examined to prepare students to work in specific settings. The application of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) Code of Professional Conduct (CPC) to specific roles and settings will be examined in depth. The practicum requires a minimum of thirty (30) hours of volunteer interpreting.
