This course teaches leadership concepts and skills, including psychological processes, conflict resolution, and human development skills. It will help students become aware of their own leadership styles and develop themselves to be innovators in their own lives and the world at large. Psychological, physical, and mental health aspects will be emphasized. This course contains a required service learning component.
