    Description
    This course provides an interdisciplinary survey of major social science themes. Students will explore a range of topics at multiple geographic scales from the local to the global. Topics include culture, diversity, language, religion, and social structures; migration and population; international tourism, trade, labor and development; political and economic geography; urbanization and rural landscapes; food, agriculture and natural resources; and human-environmental interactions.
