Students will examine the historical and contemporary Native American struggles against racism, land dispossession, forced acculturation, and poverty within the United States highlighting the Native people's ongoing struggle for social justice and the efforts to rebuild, revitalize, and reclaim their identity. Enrollment Limitation: SOC G135; students who complete ETHS G135 may not enroll in or receive credit for SOC G135.
