- This course is designed for those California law enforcement agency employees that are being assigned as a training manager responsible for implementation of California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) guidelines. This course will allow the training manager to attain POST compliance regarding legal issues associated with training, determining individual and organizational training needs, and training records management.
