    Description
BIOL 150 introduces students to the study of molecular composition, structure, and functions of macromolecules. This course is designed to examine the relationship between protein structure and metabolic pathways, and how it contributes to genetic diseases.Conceptsinmolecularbiologysuch asgeneregulation, replication, transcription, and translation are discussed. This course is appropriate for students pursuing careers in the allied health medical fields.
