    ART 170 is an introduction to diverse printmaking processes , relief printing (linoleum cut, woodcut), intaglio (drypoint, etching, and aquatint) and stencil-based processes (screenprint), and experimental processes. This course also addresses conceptual elements and historical aspects of printmaking. Technicalandexpressive qualitiesofthe various media are explored.
