- ART 132 is an introduction to the fundamentals of typography, its theory, practice, history and technology. Students learn design concepts including vocabulary, anatomy, proportion, grids, and hierarchy appliedwithinassignedprojectsusingtraditional as well as experimental approaches to enhance communication. Software includes Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and font management.
