Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course is intended for students who have little or no experience in the field of ceramics. The curriculum introduces basic skills in a well-rounded approach. Forming techniques include pinch, coil and slab hand building along with beginning wheel work. Slips, underglazes, stains, and glazing will be introduced as surface treatments. Safe studio protocols will be taught and followed. Use of the internet and library resources are required.
