    54 hours lecture per term. This course surveys current theoretical perspectives, research, and applications of theory and techniques specific to the field of sport and exercise psychology. The exploration of theory and research as it relates to optimal performance in sport and in life is addressed. Course topics include psychological skills training, arousal regulation, self-confidence, personality, exercise adherence and well-being, group and team cohesion, and the psychological development of children in sport and physical activity.
