    Description
    54-108 hours lab per term. This course is designed to enable student-athletes to participate in prescribed athletic conditioning exercises. It will involve sport specific resistance training and sport specific cardiovascular training in preparation for intercollegiate competition. It will add to the safety of student-athletes in preventing athletic related injuries. Course may be taken three times for credit. (Degree Credit) (CSU) (UC Credit limitation)
