    54 hours lecture per term. This course explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming marketing strategies and customer engagement. Students will learn how businesses use AI-driven tools for market research, content creation, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalized marketing automation. The course covers key AI applications, including chatbots, recommendation engines, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated advertising campaigns. Ethical considerations, data privacy, and responsible AI marketing practices are emphasized.
