    36 hours lecture and 54 hours lab per term. This course builds on the space planning methods introduced in IDES 170 F and focuses on design development for non-residential interiors, including hospitality, health care, retail, and office systems. Building code requirements are explored as they pertain to the various building systems and Universal design. Tenant improvement practices are examined. (Degree Credit) (CSU)
