    Description
    36 hours lecture and 54 hours lab per term. This course examines the process of allocating interior space for furniture, fixtures and equipment, providing appropriate circulation, traffic patterns and room flow that function to contribute to optimum quality of life for the occupants. Emphasis is on residential space planning, including whole-house layout, remodeling, kitchen and bath design, plumbing considerations and accessibility. (Degree Credit) (CSU)
