    18 hours lecture and 54 hours lab per term. This course develops the development of intermediate skills in clothing construction. Included in this course is custom couture techniques, the use of special fabrics such as plaids, lace, sheers, and pile fabrics. Methods of individualizing clothing with structural and applied designs such as piping, quilting and applique explored. (Degree Credit) (CSU)
