    54 hours lecture per term. This course focuses on the contemporary issues, major characteristics, and significant contributions of Chicana/o and Latina/o communities in the United States. An interdisciplinary approach will be used to examine areas including, but not limited to, art and culture, education, law, politics, religion, economics, and the family.
