    Description
    54 hours lecture and 18 hours lab per term. This course is an introduction to the discipline of film analysis from aesthetic, cultural, and historical perspectives. Films from a variety of countries and historical periods may be viewed and analyzed. Analysis, interpretation, and writing techniques will be emphasized.
