    Description
    90 hours lecture per term. This course in college-level composition is designed to develop the reading, critical thinking, and writing strategies necessary for academic success. The emphasis is on reading and writing expository essays. The course includes research and documentation skills. This course includes a fifth hour of instruction per week in enhanced language expression and fluency to empower non-native speakers to write with increasing clarity and style.
