    Description
    Formerly: ENGL 100 F College Writing. Prerequisite(s): Placement as determined by the college’s measures assessment process. In this course, students receive instruction in academic reading and writing, including writing processes, effective use of language, analytical thinking, and the foundations of academic research. The emphasis is on reading and writing expository essays and will also cover documentation skills.
