    Description
    18 hours lecture and 54 hours lab per term. This course is designed to build on the basics of modern dance adding new vocabulary and movements. Emphasis will be on alignment, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Students will learn about the historical context of the art form and its roots in Western culture.
