    54 hours lecture per term. This course explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques in cybersecurity. Students will gain hands-on experience with AI tools and models used in real-world cybersecurity scenarios. Topics include machine learning for intrusion detection, AI-powered fraud prevention, automated incident response, and deep learning for security analytics. Ethical considerations, privacy laws, and the challenges of AI-driven security are also covered. Upon completion, students will be able to apply AI techniques to strengthen cybersecurity defenses and mitigate emerging threats. (Degree Credit) (CSU)
