    36 hours lecture per term. This course introduces students to the concept of assertive skills and learning techniques and strategies for implementing assertive behavior. This course assists students in developing effective critical thinking skills as they explore the relationship between inner dialogue and outward behavior and analyze and assess conflicts encountered in everyday life.
