It addresses leadership models perspectives and practices, and the complexities and principles of ethical business issues. Leadership topics include leading and motivating individuals and work teams, workplace diversity, followership, self-assessment and skills development. Business ethics topics include ethical leadership and decision making, organizational value systems and identifying and developing tools needed to effectively deal with ethical dilemmas.
