    54 hours lecture per term. This course focuses on leadership and ethics in business today. It addresses leadership models perspectives and practices, and the complexities and principles of ethical business issues. Leadership topics include leading and motivating individuals and work teams, workplace diversity, followership, self-assessment and skills development. Business ethics topics include ethical leadership and decision making, organizational value systems and identifying and developing tools needed to effectively deal with ethical dilemmas.
