- 54 hours lecture per term. This course covers the major themes of human relations in organizations and the workplace from a psychological, sociological and physiological perspective. Students will develop critical thinking and ethical reasoning skills as students apply behavioral science theories and principles. Topics include values, perception, motivation, conflict management, teamwork, and leadership. (Degree Credit) (CSU) AA GE
