    54 hours lecture per term. This is an introductory course to the field of finance, the focus is on the practical significance of the fundamental concepts of finance. The class will include the analysis of financial markets, financial statements, planning and control, working capital management, time value of money, valuation models, capital budgeting, dividend policy and mergers and acquisitions.
