    54 hours lecture per term. This course is an introduction to business law principles and cases, including a review of the classes and sources of law, agencies for enforcement, court procedure, and civil and criminal liability. The major subject area studied is the law of contracts. A special study is made of sales of goods based upon the Uniform Commercial Code with emphasis placed on consumer protection.
