- 54 hours lecture per term. This course provides an introduction to the legal and cultural issues raised in formulating an international business strategy and engaging in international business transactions. Topics include international contracting, export-import, licensing and technology transfer, and sales of services. This course fulfills the Multicultural Education Requirement for graduation.
