    Description
    54 hours lecture per term. This course is a thematic introduction to global art and visual culture. Students will explore a broad range of artistic media from pre-history to the present, including painting, sculpture, architecture, film, video, and other new media. Students will acquire analytical and interpretive skills and develop an understanding of the role of art and visual culture in human history.
