    Description
    Pass/No Pass only. 27 hours lecture per term. This course is designed to introduce important tactical concepts when planning for natural and technological disasters and other critical incidents that require law enforcement response. It focuses on basic emergency management principles, including disaster preparedness, mitigation, response and recovery. Emphasis is placed on the use of the Standardized Emergency Management (SEMS) and Law Enforcement Incident Command (ICS) Systems. (Degree Credit)
