    Description
    This culminating capstone course requires students to integrate and apply advanced concepts in leadership, healthcare management, regulatory compliance, human resources, finance, and technology within a comprehensive, evidence-based project addressing real or simulated challenges in radiology administration. Through case studies, simulations, and project-based learning, students develop critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and problem-solving skills while tackling issues such as workforce retention, operational efficiency, and quality improvement.
